One database for people and agents.

Plato is where you define how your operation runs. Every change becomes a signed, permissioned action on one shared record. Agents draft the work, and people with authority approve it.

Records on one shared base, with an agent's proposed record hovering over the place it would go
How it works

A model you own, with a runtime that keeps it honest.

You shouldn't have to choose between bespoke software, a product built for someone else, or another spreadsheet. With Plato you describe how your work runs, and storage, sync, permissions and review follow from that description.

A model's outlined slots, some filled with records
1

Describe how your work runs

Your records, the actions people can take on them and who may take each one are written in a short, readable model. It belongs to you, it's version-controlled, and it can change as your business changes.

A rising sequence of actions, each placed in order
2

Every change is a defined action

Nobody edits a cell they shouldn't. Every write is an action the model allows, signed by the person or agent who took it and ordered on the record. The audit trail isn't a separate report you have to maintain, because it's how the system stores everything.

Agents propose. People decide.

An AI agent works on its own draft of the record. It can make wide changes without touching what everyone else relies on. You review exactly what would change, and it becomes real only when someone with authority accepts it.

One central record reached from four surrounding surfaces
4

One record, many windows

The office works on the web, the site uses the phone, and agents connect over chat or MCP. Everyone reads the same record and syncs to it, including offline. There's no second copy to reconcile at month end.

Review

See exactly what an agent wants to change.

A proposal lists every field it would change, who drafted it and from what. Accept it and it becomes part of the record as one signed change; decline it and it goes back as a draft.
